After a long stretch of visiting offices from East to West and back home to Chicago, I’m reminded of what makes Zeno, well, Zeno. There’s a Zeno green spark in every office, an energy that’s grown into something unstoppable and uniquely ours. A culture that powers work that matters and fueled by people who matter even more.  

What a thrill to have been named a Best Place to Work by PRWeek for the fourth time. To be recognized by PRWeek is an honor made even more meaningful considering it can only be achieved through positive feedback from our employees. 

When it was announced today that Zeno has been named by PRWeek as a Best Place to Work for a third time, I took a pause and thought back about all those meetings. How our singular focus on our people has made the agency what it has always been and will continue to be no matter the external forces.

A decade after Zeno Group’s first PRWeek midsize agency win, Zeno U.S. was named 2021 Large Agency of the Year AND overall Agency of the Year. We are honored and humbled by this recognition against such formidable competition and in a year filled with such turbulence and many twists in the road.

The agency was named 2019 Agency of the Year and Midsize Agency of the Year at both the PRWeek US Awards and North American SABRE Awards.
