This past November, Zeno launched Project GAP - an unprecedented agency initiative that gives younger generations a voice and new leadership opportunities. This global advisory board includes 12 Gen Z and young Millennial employees ready to help close the gap between the people leading today and those who may lead tomorrow.   

During Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor and celebrate the contributions and accomplishments of Hispanics, Latino/as, Latinx and Latin(e) that helped pave the way for future Latino leaders while shaping inclusive communities throughout the United States.   

This National Intern Day, we’re celebrating the bright, young minds who infuse Zeno with smarts, unique perspectives, curiosity, and boundless energy. With five generations coexisting in the workplace, we find ourselves in a golden age—a fertile ground for the exchange of knowledge and ideas that elevate our work to new heights.

April 6 is National Student-Athlete Day—a day when these words from the NCAA commercials ring especially true for several of us here at Zeno Group. Having competed at some of the highest levels of amateur athletics while simultaneously managing course work, internships and everything else associated with being a full-time student, we entered our agency careers well-prepared.

Each year, the month of May in the U.S. consists of many cultural moments for Americans – especially for the Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) community. As established back in 1992 by President George H.W. Bush, AAPI Month was born in recognition of the plethora of accomplishments and influences the AAPI community has and will continue to instill on the American society.
