Zeno For Everyone: I'm a Person Too

Maya Angelou once said, "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel." As a POC, I think about this quote often because of how people make me feel due to the color of my skin. And this feeling travels with you everywhere – the grocery store, the airport, a restaurant and even in your own neighborhood. Why do people of color have to be treated differently? Aren't we all the same? Aren't we just as human as everyone else?

Making Commitments for a Gender Equal World on International Women’s Day

Sunday, March 8 is International Women’s Day 2020.  A day across Zeno offices globally that we celebrate and reflect on how we can all do our part to help forge a gender equal world through our commitments and actions to make a positive difference for women. While we are making strides towards equality in society, there are opportunities for us to continue to drive gender parity and it’s a shared commitment from both men and women that will get us there.

Forever Friday—Zeno Gives Back

Since joining Zeno shortly after the agency was launched in 1998, I have experienced more than 1,000 “Fridays”—the last day of the work week, most often spent huddling with colleagues, touching base with clients and getting organized for what lies ahead come Monday.
