Zeno has announced the appointment of Cheryll Forsatz as Managing Director of Zeno East to lead the region into its next chapter.   

Forsatz joins from global confectionery company Ferrero USA where she served as vice president of corporate communications and public relations since 2018. Over the last 25 years, Forsatz has built her career with a combination of agency and client-side experiences.  

In her new role, Forsatz will report to Grant Deady, Zeno’s recently appointed U.S. President. Forsatz will oversee teams in New York and Washington, D.C. and will also be a member of the firm’s Global Leadership Team.

Byron Calamese, who has led Zeno East since 2019, has been named the firm’s first Global Head of Innovation overseeing Zeno Digital Experience and Consumer Brand Marketing. Under Calamese’s leadership, Zeno East strengthened its storytelling integration model with a portfolio of specialized brand-building and corporate reputation capabilities, working across sectors including CPG, health and wellness, retail, financial communications, and technology.
