Zeno Group Launches AI Culture Change Center

zeno agency news

Zeno Group today announced the launch of the Zeno AI Culture Change Center, a new global offering designed to help companies drive responsible, cohesive and people-centered transformation in an era of accelerated AI deployment.

The Zeno AI Culture Change Center brings together global experts in organizational change, employee engagement, leadership alignment, digital governance, risk management, and AI technology. The team draws upon Zeno’s global network and engages select outside experts in AI ethics, behavioral science and change enablement.

Amid mounting concerns from corporate leaders about fragmented AI adoption, untested governance infrastructure, and a lack of internal storytelling to guide employees, Zeno built the Center specifically to support Chief Communications Officers and senior business leaders tasked with aligning technology change with culture, trust, and strategy.

“AI poses the biggest change management challenge in a generation or more, rivaling the seismic change prompted by the rise of the Internet,” said Mark Shadle, global managing director of corporate affairs and chief reputation strategist for Zeno Group. “The companies that succeed in this new era won’t be those that adopt AI the fastest, but those that do so with clarity, transparency, and cultural conviction.”

A New Kind of Change Offering for a New Kind of Transformation

Currently, most companies are overly focused on tech solutions while underinvesting in the people who will help lead and drive transformation. According to Gallup, only 22% of employees say their company has communicated a clear AI plan. The Center addresses an even more pressing strategic need: helping organizations articulate a unifying, compelling story about AI’s role in their future, and embed that story among employees to engage them at every level of the enterprise.

Based on Zeno’s proprietary AI Culture Change Framework, the Center offers communications leaders:

  • An AI- and “Change Analytics” toolset: Assessing organizational readiness and identifying critical areas of opportunity or friction that could affect change
  • AI Change Narrative Development: Building future-focused messaging that aligns AI integration with company vision, values and business goals
  • Cross-Functional Change Support: Helping CCOs lead AI culture change across HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to break down silos and avoid reputation risk
  • Employee-Centric Communication Plans: Tailored strategies and playbooks to educate, empower, and engage leaders and employees through every phase of AI transformation
  • Executive Workshops & Scenario Planning: Preparing leadership teams to speak credibly and consistently about AI and its implications

Designed with the CCO in Mind

“Too often, AI is framed as a technology issue when it’s fundamentally a culture issue,” said Anne DeAngelis, Head of Zeno Employee Engagement. “CCOs are being handed the challenge — and the opportunity — of a generation: to build the bridge between AI ambition and organizational trust. Our AI Culture Change Center gives them the counsel and tools to lead that charge.”

The Center builds on the success of previous enterprise-wide initiatives Zeno has supported, including corporate transformations, stakeholder engagement campaigns and employee engagement strategies. The new advisory offering will provide clients with frequent insights into current best practices across industries, such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and technology, as well as access to future Zeno research on AI change.
