Zeno Group Names Head of AI to Accelerate Innovation and Impact

Zeno Group announced the appointment of Justin D’Onofrio as Head of AI to lead innovation at the intersection of technology, data, creativity, and client impact, nurturing the agency’s culture of experimentation and commitment to client-centricity.   

Prior to joining Zeno, D’Onofrio served as Senior Director of Creative Technology at global branding consultancy Lippincott, where he built advanced AI and emerging tech capabilities and reimagined digital experiences for leading financial institutions. D’Onofrio has a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation projects across healthcare, transportation, and industrial sectors with some of the world’s most recognized brands.   

In this newly created role at Zeno, D’Onofrio will preside over a portfolio of AI and innovation initiatives guided by five distinct strategic pillars:  AI Education and Literacy; Workflow Automation + Integration, Product Development, Governance + Ethics, and Thought Leadership. 

“For the past two years, we have been incubating and testing several AI initiatives that span culture, communications, and corporate reputation,” said Zeno Global Chief Impact Officer Thomas Bunn. “We have rolled out three new products with several more on the way before the year’s end. Justin’s arrival will allow us to scale these offerings and deliver immediate value for clients. His ability to translate emerging technologies will uplevel our work, empower talent, drive efficiencies, and, most importantly, deliver measurable outcomes.”    

The first products to be rolled out as part of Zeno’s planned suite of AI-powered offerings are: 

  • GEOfluent: Zeno’s solution for mastering how brands show up in AI search, measuring both visibility and reputation in generative engines. By turning those signals into actionable insights, GEOfluent helps brands increase discoverability, strengthen authority, and protect their credibility.
  • Persona Intelligence: Leveraging Zeno's decade-long The Human Project, this AI-powered platform combines primary research and social analytics to create synthetic audiences grounded in real behavioral data. By integrating multiple proprietary data streams, including customer attitudes, media consumption, and journey triggers, clients can test messaging at every stage of the decision process—understanding not just who their audiences are, but how they think, act, and ultimately take action.
  • The AI Knowledge Hub: A proprietary, custom-built destination that gives employees access to training, playbooks, and tools to help employees build AI proficiency. Teams will easily access the most effective AI solutions—including Zeno’s—and intelligent workflows, ensuring consistency and maximizing impact across client work.  Zeno can also configure the Hub for clients looking to drive secure, policy-aligned adoption of AI across their organizations.
