Zeno Group Appoints Dana  Gandsman  to Lead Global Health + Wellness Practice

Zeno has announced the appointment of Dana  Gandsman  as Global Managing Director of Health + Wellness,  effective January 5, 2026.  Based in  New York, Dana  will oversee  a broad, diverse portfolio of clients  across the health sector and an integrated team of subject matter experts and specialists.  

Prior to joining Zeno,  Gandsman  served as Vice President of Enterprise Reputation at  global biopharmaceutical company  Pfizer, where she led reputation communications, branding, and digital content strategy. Dana spearheaded Pfizer’s rebrand, led consumer-facing campaigns during COVID, architected the digital advocacy and misinformation strategy, and advanced the company’s ambition to be the most  patient-centric  healthcare brand. Earlier in her career, Gandsman worked at MMC, Ketchum, and Fleishman-Hillard.  A recognized health communications thought leader,  Dana has  spoken at leading global forums and is an advocate for advancing women in the life sciences.

Gandsman  will  report to Siegel and  be part of Zeno’s Global  Leadership Team.  Current health clients include AbbVie, Alcon, American Academy of Family Physicians, argenx, CSL, and Edwards Lifesciences, among others.
