Zeno Group Appoints Taylor Gray as  Head of Zeno Atlanta

Leah Katz Announcement

Zeno Group announced the appointment of Taylor Gray as Executive Vice President and Head of Zeno Atlanta, effective January 5, 2026. Gray will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and oversee a growing portfolio of clients and talent.

In this role, Gray will lead Zeno’s Atlanta presence and guide a multidisciplinary team spanning the full spectrum of capabilities, including brand and corporate affairs, earned media, digital, creator, and data & intelligence.

Prior to joining Zeno, Gray served as Head of Global Masterbrand, Mainstream, Premium & Suites Brands at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she led communications for 12 hospitality brands across the Americas. At IHG, she expanded brand visibility through earned media, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and strategic alliances, including the launch of the company’s first Global Creator Collective influencer program. She also led flagship partnerships with the U.S. Open, Coca-Cola, Live Nation, and Major League Soccer (MLS).

Gray’s appointment aligns with Zeno’s  strategy to deepen its presence in Atlanta for clients and the larger Southeast community. Zeno Atlanta will finish 2025 with 8% growth. “Atlanta is a strategically important growth market for Zeno, with a strong base of established, global clients,” said Grant Deady, President, Zeno U.S.  “As client needs continue to evolve in complexity and scale, investing in local senior leadership allows us to deepen those relationships, move faster, and expand our impact across the region.”

Taylor will sit on Deady’s U.S. Leadership Team and report to Allison McClamroch, Head of Brand, Zeno U.S.

“Zeno’s  reputation for bold, modern communications and its strong momentum in Atlanta made this an especially compelling opportunity,” said  Gray. “I’m excited to work alongside the Atlanta team and my new global colleagues to deliver strategic, creative, and results-driven work for clients while continuing to build Zeno’s presence in the market.”
