To raise awareness around new ways kids are using technology to work around their parents, we conducted outreach on data from Bark, revealing Google Docs as the new “chat room,” where cyberbullying, inappropriate content and other concerning behavior is taking place. This education also drove awareness for Bark’s services, enabling them to surpass signup goals.
