Jerry Tolk Joins Zeno Group
New Senior Vice President to help grow Consumer and Health Care Practice

New York, NY -- February 15, 2007 -- Zeno Group is pleased to announce that Jerry Tolk has joined the public relations firm's New York office as a senior vice president. In his new position, Tolk will be responsible for working with and helping to grow, Zeno's consumer and health care practice.

During his career, Tolk has consulted with companies on a full-range of communications issues, including competitive positioning, regulatory relations, customer influencing, employee communications, online marketing, new product introductions and a variety of complex financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Zeno Group, Tolk led the health care and human capital practices of Euro RSCG Magnet North America. Before joining Euro RSCG, he was an associate director in the corporate communications group with Gavin Anderson in New York, where he handled transactional communications for private and publicly-traded entities in the US, European Union and the Pacific Rim. Tolk began his professional career as a project manager for the Clinton Administration.

Over the last decade, Tolk's clients have included ACE Limited, Air France, Bayer, Caremark Rx, Conceivex, Mercedes Benz, METROGroup AG, PerkinElmer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stryker Orthopaedics, Towers Perrin, Uniqlo and Yahoo!

He also studied public relations strategy at New York University and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
