Account Supervisor, Social Media– Chicago

ABOUT THE JOB
Zeno Digital Lifestyle is in search of a digital and social media expert to support world-class brands in our Chicago office.

The Digital Lifestyle team at Zeno Group understands the digital mindset, the accelerating growth of social media and how to effectively launch and integrate client initiatives so that they resonate with target audiences and drive conversation through today's leading social networks and engagement platforms. The Digital Lifestyle team strives to stay ahead of the social evolution to ensure success for our clients as people move with the curve and share their attention across a spectrum of personally valued networks, channels and devices.

ABOUT YOU
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience working in public relations, with agency experience preferred. Must exhibit a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful online marketing and social media programs. The Account Supervisor is required to have knowledge with monitoring and analytical tools and an ability synthesize data. Should be comfortable in new business settings and have strong writing and presentation skills. An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for leading digital lifestyle is a must!

Senior Vice President, Social Media – Chicago

ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President to join our team. This position is responsible for securing, maintaining and growing business. It is the SVP’s responsibility to meet company profitability targets and provide strategic counsel and guidance to the senior team to ensure accounts and programs run smoothly. In addition, the SVP maintains relationships with senior level client contacts to gauge client’s needs and concerns while attempting to grow business within the account team.

ABOUT YOU
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience working in public relations, with agency experience preferred. Must have a track record of developing and executing successful public relations strategies and programs. In addition, must have an in-depth knowledge of brand management and a working knowledge of traditional and non-traditional media. Must have a team player attitude, strong leadership qualities and at least five years experience effectively managing a group or team. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the facility to drive results and to consistently meet deadlines are a must.
